 Be Very Careful
‘UK NHS pauses transgender clinic appointments for minors after review: “Extreme caution”’ (Christian Post, 4/10) The British Cass Report is causing apoplectic responses in the gender identity advocacy community. “Gender affirming treatment” for minors may not be that great of an idea
Besides:
‘Most gender-confused children grow out of it, landmark 15-year study concludes – as critics say it shows being trans is usually just a phase for kids’ (Daily Mail, GB, 4/4) Kind of like wanting to be Wonder Woman or Superman

Not Only “Young People”
‘Phil Wickham, Brandon Lake say young people craving “authentic” Gospel, rejecting ‘slick’ preaching’ (Christian Post, 3/22) We are not categorized as “young” but we crave the “authentic” Gospel

Al is Not Pleased with the Pope on Hell
‘Albert Mohler Says the Pope Is Ignoring ‘The Words of Jesus’ in Comments on Hell’ (Church Leaders 3/22) We also hope that hell is empty, God does too, something about he desires all to be saved, but we know that is not going to happen. Hell is real and there will be all those who reject Jesus and remain in their sin, who will reside there. Unfortunately.

Not a Christian Nationalist
‘John MacArthur vs Christian Nationalism’ (Juicy  Ecumenism, 3/5) As we have mentioned before, we are not on board with MacArthur’s reformed Baptist theology, but we do agree with the dispensational perspective. Jesus’ Kingdom is not of this world. His Kingdom will be of this world when He returns to establish His Kingdom. Our mission here is to witness concerning Jesus, not build a Christian Nation. We can speak righteousness into the culture, and we can vote as citizens of the US, but we should be under no illusion that a Christian Nation will be established, here or worldwide. The promise of Jesus is a future Kingdom when He comes to establish it, and eternal life if we believe in Him.

‘Mired in debt, majority of young adults financially dependent on parents: Pew’ (Christian Post, 2/2) This is often a function of Government trying to help which has resulted in a disaster. 9 most feared words “I’m from the government, and I’m here to help.” (R.
